2021 Beech Hill Corn Mazes
Join us at Beech Hill Farm in Hopkinton for our annual trek through the corn mazes! The cost is $5 per person. Ages 3 & under are free.
We will plan to meet around 11:30am for a picnic lunch.
At noon, we will take a group picture on the big rock.
After the picture, we will explore the corn mazes.
2021 Corn Maze Themes – In 2021, Beech Hill Farm is celebrating its 250th Anniversary and this is the theme for one of the mazes. Complete a “cornfield crossword puzzle” by finding all of the answers to the clues on signs hidden in the maze.
The second maze is their first ever “Clue-Dunnit” Corn Maze Mystery! This fun twist on the CLUE game is based on a real crime that has never been solved.
Fall 2021 Hike
Join us for a fall hike and bird watching! We will climb South Uncanoonuc via Summit Trail and Walker Trail, which is a 2.3 mile moderately trafficked loop trail in Goffstown, NH that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The loop trail that leads around the sides of the mountain provides access to five fine ledge outlooks. Although it is tiny even compared to southern NH hills, the prominence and isolation of the two Uncanoonucs make them landmarks on the horizon when seen from nearly anywhere in the state. Smaller hikers are welcome to simply play at the base of the mountain and by the lake.
Trailhead is at the end of Mountain Base Road in Goffstown, NH. Take Wallace Road from a traffic circle on Rt. 114, 0.6 miles east of the southern junction of Rt. 13 and Rt. 114 and 3.2 miles west of Rt. 114A. Drive 1.5 miles down Wallace Road and turn right onto Mountain Base Road. Follow it 0.9 miles to its end at the lake and park at the small dirt parking area near the kiosk.
