Talent Show
Yodeling? Yo-yo-ing? Yarn making? Come on out and join us as we cheer on the many ways our fabulous kids shine. You may think—my kids don’t play an instrument, so what could they do? How about storytelling, singing a song, or an artwork presentation? What about demonstrating a sharp memory by reciting poems, facts like states and capitals, or the U.S. Presidents? If they play a sport, maybe do a demo and offer tricks and tips. For techie kids, why not bring a laptop and showcase their creative edge? We all have hobbies and talents we can share. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you prepare:
- Keep all presentations to 5 minutes or less.
- We will have a space designated to display artwork or memorable projects done this year, for those who don’t want to get on stage but still want to share their talent. Please be sure their name is on their work.
- We will need each participant to submit their act with their registration for planning purposes.
Dress rehearsal will be held on May 10 from 1:00-3:00pm.
